Dr. Rochelle Werner
Biography
Dr. Rochelle Werner is a postdoctoral fellow at Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University with expertise in nutritional assessment of individuals and communities. As a former Women Infant and Children (WIC) dietitian, she is committed to improving maternal and child nutrition programs through research. Dr. Werner’s previous research has focused on the evaluation of food-based interventions to improve micronutrient status of young children in low- and middle-income countries. She received her Ph.D. in Nutritional Biology at the University of California, Davis with a designated emphasis in Global Nutrition and a minor in Statistics and Epidemiology.
